The leading real estate developer, Jadeer Group has announced a strategic step by fully acquiring Trojan for Development and Construction, the owner to a number of projects in the New Administrative Capital and New Cairo.
For his part, Eng. Mohamed Aboelkhair, Chairman of the Board of Directors, explained that the acquisition aligns with the company’s expansion vision aiming to increase and diversify its services and portfolios as the acquired company is known to be one of the largest companies with its own projects in the New Administrative Capital and New Cairo.
Moreover, Aboelkhair said that the acquisition deal was worth than EGP 1 bn
The Chairman of the Board of Directors also said that the current plan is to start developing the projects that were previously owned by real estate and construction. These projects were acquired with visionary plans that align with the market’s requirements and the strategic plan for Jadeer Group.
Aboelkhair also said that Jadeer Group aims to inject estimated investments of EGP 4 Bn throughout 2023 and 2024 into its existing projects and new projects that will be announced soon to be added to the group’s portfolio that will further enhance the company’s value and proposition.
