JADEER Group has announced its expansion plan in the Egyptian real estate market during the coming period, implementing a series of commercial and administrative projects, considering developing a major residential project.

Eng. Mahmoud Abu Al Khair, Chairman of the Board of Directors, explained that the group has 4 companies under its umbrella which are; Grow Contracting Company, Pantera Finishing and Interior Design Company, I-Capital Development, and JADEER Real Estate Development Company, the development arm of JADEER Group. The Group has a project portfolio spanning over 3.5 million EGP. Over the past 16 years, the group has developed 60 housing projects in Lotus area, beit el watan, and Al Narges el gededa in New Cairo. The company also developed a number of projects in 6th October district especially in Beit Al Watan, Boulevard axis & north expansions. The Group has succeeded in forming a portfolio of customers estimated at 500 customers. It also gained the confidence of the real estate market becoming one of the most powerful real estate companies.

Eng. Mahmoud also added that the company aims to build and launch the largest real estate projects in Egypt and the Arab world. The company was founded in 2006 by major investors in the real estate sector over the past few years. The company has achieved many projects and successes.

He pointed out that JADEER Developments aims to establish large projects positioning it as a leader in the market. Code New Capital is considered the company’s latest addition in the New Administrative Capital, boasting commercial and administrative spaces in a unique location in the heart of Downtown in the New Capital, near the most important roads and the largest residential areas in the capital. Its sales value is 1.5 billion pounds, and the sale process is scheduled to be completed in 2023 as planned, and 200 million pounds will be pumped as investments in 2023.

In addition to his position as a board member of Directors of the New Cairo and New Administrative Capital Developers Association, Engineer Mahmoud Abu Al-Khair chairs the Board of Directors of the JADEER Group, and the companies under its umbrella, which include a wide range of investments in many fields.

Engineer Mahmoud Abu Al-Khair is also a member of the Real Estate Development Chamber of the Federation of Egyptian Industries that contributed to construction and operation for more than twenty years, greatly expanding JADEER Group while maintaining the highest quality in providing services.
